B.S. Business Administration
University of Southern California
Bio:
Hi, everyone! I attended USC and graduated with my bachelor’s degree in business administration. I enjoy playing tennis, reading, listening to live jazz performances, writing stories, and going to the beach and visiting different beach towns.
USC has done a lot for me, and I want to pay the university back by doing impactful work in admissions. I want to help positively change an applicant’s life and help admit applicants who will continue to uphold and carry on the strong USC name and legacy.
Why USC?
One of my favorite movies is Boyz n the Hood because of the effect that the movie had on so many people’s careers and lives. I was also inspired by the story of the writer and director, John Singleton, and how he made Boyz n the Hood immediately after graduating from USC. After conducting further research on the university, I concluded that USC has the resources to help make people’s dreams come true—if the students work hard and fully utilize them. After discovering that Mr. Singleton graduated from USC, I was dead set on attending this university to do something extraordinary and life-changing, like he did.
Admission Advice:
Make a schedule and carve out time to complete pieces of the application day-by-day to ensure you submit an application that properly reflects your strengths and story. Do this so that you’re not overwhelmed and that you don’t miss important deadlines. Discuss how USC can specifically help you achieve your goals, and be genuine in your responses and statements. Go into this process thinking about how you can be an asset to the university community and how you can push forward USC’s name and legacy.
