Jewish Community Leadership Scholarship
Selection Criteria
Competitive candidates will be at the top of our applicant pool with respect to academic achievement. Emphasis is placed on strong leadership qualities and a commitment to service, scholarship, engagement with, or an interest in pursuing a career that serves the Jewish community, including past, current and future efforts to combat antisemitism. Open to all students, this scholarship supports students who have demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and a commitment to community engagement. Eligibility is open to all applicants who meet the criteria, without respect to racial, religious or ethnic background.
Application Process
Submit a Common Application by the Early Action or Early Decision deadline of November 1. For majors requiring a portfolio or audition, apply by the December 1 Regular Decision deadline. All applicants who apply by the appropriate deadlines will receive an email with the scholarship application. The Jewish Community Leadership Application is due by January 15.

Scholarship Question
Describe your engagement with the Jewish community, including any past, current or future efforts to combat antisemitism. You may also submit a résumé or bullet point list. This can include any academic and/or extracurricular activities, such as any leadership roles, awards or honors that you believe may be relevant. Be assured that the selection committee will also be able to review the information you provided on your Common Application.
Recommender Information
Request one letter of recommendation from someone who can speak to your leadership qualities and commitment to service. This is required.
