Bio:
I grew up in Los Angeles in the South Bay, and went away to college a shocking 17 miles from my home. I traded one sunny city for another and moved to Miami, where I worked in graduate admission at the University of Miami and received my Master’s. I spent the next two years in undergraduate admission at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. 4 years later, I am back in LA and ready to meet future Trojans!
Why USC?
USC has a whole range of programs and support services to help students discover and reach their goals. The campus is only two miles from Downtown LA, so students can take advantage of all this city has to offer, both culturally and professionally.
Admission Advice:
USC is a large school with over one thousand student organizations, so it is impossible to summarize the student experience succinctly. Two different students can both love being Trojans for completely different reasons. For your application, focus more on finding what those reasons could be for you rather than trying to fit the mold of what you think a USC student is like.
