Bio:

I was born and raised in Los Angeles and spent my teenage years hopping on the bus with friends to explore the city. I headed to Northern California for college to see more of this beautiful state! After graduating I came back to L.A., where I completed a Master of Science in Counseling, with a concentration in K-12 education. While working with high school students, I enjoyed helping them explore their identities and pursuits toward careers and higher education. I am excited to be at USC now, where I can assist students in their college pursuits!

Why USC?

I wanted to join the Trojan Family! USC is a top university that offers amazing research opportunities, rigorous academics, and a broad range of clubs and activities for students to get involved on campus and in L.A. USC students and faculty come from all over the world, making for a diverse community to learn.

Admission Advice:

Utilize the personal essay to share something unique about who you are. Still figuring out who you are? That’s okay! Showcase your personality and an experience and/or person(s) that has shaped your identity and growth. Be sure the focus of your essay remains yourself, though, and not the experience or person—I want to learn about you!
