Bio:

I was raised in Worthington, Ohio, a small town outside of Columbus, Ohio. I completed my undergraduate studies at Oberlin College, and I immediately went to graduate school to earn a master’s in higher education and a M.B.A. I held a number of admissions appointments at various colleges and university across the United States, and I love working with high school students in the college search process. My dream job is to eventually become a Dean of Admissions.

Why USC?

USC is a university that prepares you for life. As a student, you will learn to become an agile thinker, problem solver, and global leader. It starts in the classroom, where you will be surrounded by peers that inspire you and a remarkable faculty of scholars who will push and support you. Beyond the classroom, USC will offer you outstanding career preparation and countless opportunities to lead and serve.

Admission Advice:

Visit different college campuses and walk through the campuses alone-without your parents, friends, and/or admission representative in your ear. You are the one that is going to live there for four years, so you have to feel like it is a place that you can be alone.
