Born and raised in Sacramento, I loved my hometown but dreamed of attending college in sunny Southern California. When my USC acceptance letter arrived in the mail, I was ecstatic! Years later, I am just as excited to work for my alma mater and be able to assist prospective students in their journeys to applying to USC.
USC offers numerous opportunities for students to participate in different areas of campus life while pursuing an interdisciplinary education. Students are encouraged to create their own unique experiences and are provided with the tools to do so.
If possible, visit the schools you are applying to. There’s no better way to determine if a school is a good fit than to visit the campus, take a tour, or participate in an information session. Academic programs and undergraduate opportunities are essential components to consider in the college search, but you should also be able to envision yourself on campus for the next four years. You’ll know when it’s right, trust your gut!
